What is the objective to the program?
This program aims to equip players with the tools necessary to deliver impactful performances in a high level environment/games.
RSA’s objective is to help players develop technical, tactical, and physical components in order to reach their maximum potential. In order to achieve this, coaches seek to push players out of their comfort zone and give challenges not usually included in the standard club training environment.
Who leads RSA Select?
The program is coordinated and led by Ruben Resendes and Dominik Machado; two highly regarded coaches nationwide, who have a wealth of coaching experience including NCAA Division 1 & 2, MLS NEXT, and USL experience. In 2021, they were both part of the Franklin Pierce University coaching staff who were ranked as NCAA regional staff of the year. Ruben and Dom are supported by a licensed coaching staff who have college and/or a high level of youth experience.
Our mission:
The goal of RSA Select is to continue to demand and hold players to a high standard by pushing them to always get the most out of each session. Technical and tactical components of the game will come to life through game-like training sessions! This is geared towards players who are passionate about the game and motivated for an extra day of work. The ability to train in a different environment, hearing a different voice, will challenge the player but also empower the player to express themselves without negative consequences!
