How it works…
Coaches arrive 5 mins early to walk through the skills stations
Children arrive to the session, find their coach and juggle as a team.
Teams walk over to the trainer for a brief introduction to the session.
The trainer will explain and send teams to their first skills station.
The trainers will rotate the teams around the skills stations every 15/20 minutes.
Everyone comes in after the last practice for a debrief, thanks and end of the session.
